http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...NT3148S&cat=44
will be good for handling brushless power and good for racing?I just dont like re-building diffs often,If my budget will not be enough buying the 1/8 diffs but definitely will be getting the slipperential

Sylvester 01.27.2007 11:45 AM

The diff case is good, but the integy cup is crap. Try the flm cups for the revo, they will last quite a good bit.

Dafni 02.08.2007 04:03 PM

Yeah Serum. Now put a de-anod PL arm into it!

Serum 02.08.2007 04:17 PM

LOL! mine is still having all te blue you can imagine.. geee. and i had the deanodize reputation back in the days.. LOL

Sylvester 02.08.2007 05:11 PM

Nice! Those Tekno arms looks pretty good!

luvsrc 02.08.2007 09:23 PM

Thanks,do i need to take off the rear bumper since i already have the wing,is proline high downforce wing would be the best bet for racing?

Sylvester 02.08.2007 09:45 PM

No need for the bumpers if you are racing. I highly doubt you would notice anything in the high downforce wing..

jnev 02.08.2007 10:18 PM

Ooh... I really like. :004:

GorillaMaxx360 02.08.2007 10:40 PM

Nice like the wing keep us updated

squeeforever 02.08.2007 10:53 PM

I would get the High Downforce wing for sure. From what I here, they actually help.

luvsrc 02.18.2007 07:58 AM

Thanks still waitng for the slipperential to be available, any suggestions for diff oil front and back as a starting point? I ordered aluminum diff cups and aluminum diff house.I'm thinking of getting this http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXMWJ9&P=7 Is this worth the money?

Sylvester 02.18.2007 09:17 AM

Looks good! I would highly reccomend the RR diff set, they are alot smoother than the stockers.

luvsrc 03.17.2007 10:16 AM

GorillaMaxx360 03.17.2007 11:09 AM

Nice! quick tip though. you might want to change those wheels because the power of 6s and brushless might just shread the hexes inside the rim or totally destroy the spokes. Jut a suggestion

luvsrc 03.17.2007 12:51 PM

you are right,I will be using 23mm wheels and tires, just waiting for my wheels to arrive, thanks

Sylvester 03.17.2007 02:45 PM

Nice man! Why the big blue front bumper..?

luvsrc 03.17.2007 06:40 PM

It suits the theme of the body.

Mike.L 03.17.2007 09:22 PM

Thats very nice. With the tekno arms it makes it look extended. Mistaken it for rpm at first.

suicideneil 03.18.2007 12:47 PM

Wowzers.... thats nice work there man. I know its a sin to ask, but how much did all that cost?

I had plans to build a G2R too, but after doing my sums it was just too much, and it seemed just too 'new' a concept for new to take in *bangs head against wall*. Bah, Im happy with the G2 though.

It costs $1,000.00 plus all other equipment it will be $1800.00 or more, I already have some of the other equipment plus I sold a lot of my rc stuffs to fund this project. Here is my Wanderer 1390 rpm/volt brushless motor with my MGM 24 160 controller and my new Futaba 3PM 2.4 ghz FASST built in transmitter. My rc monster heat sink is on it's way

jnev 03.19.2007 12:51 AM

Wow, it has turned out just incredable. Great job with it and good luck during your racing season.

suicideneil 03.19.2007 11:06 AM

Hmm, not as expensive as I thought..... unless someone brings out something even more revolutionary I may have to build one too; in a few years time that is.

jnev 03.24.2007 11:20 PM
