Mike is on leave or what?
 
I bought something from online shop, but just got partially of them. No e-mail reply. And the online shop seems everything out of stock.
Anyone can kindly let me know what happen?

I am still here working hard, my friend. If you sent an email, expect a reply later today(I am about a day behind in emails). Without knowing your name, I can't comment on the "missing" items - also check your spam in case I already sent a reply. The Out of stock items are out of stock due to the supplier or manufacturer in most cases - I am at the mercy of these sources and have everything ordered or back ordered. Just kind of the way it goes in this business(by the way, there are well over 500 items that are in stock vs. a dozen or so out of stock, so not quite "everything" is out of stock). :)

C'mon, not everything is out of stock! Please bear with him, he depends on suppliers and stuff, and he can't do any magic either!

I placed an order recently and Mike's been diligent on getting everything out to me. Also, imagine the volume of emails he receives! Yikes!

Well, I am one of the guilty ones flooding mike's email. I think i have 30++ emails in 3 weeks. But believe me, in that 3 weeks i also have 3 orders and all them them came in on time plus he managed to get all my request done. One time i thought i was missing an item but it turns out that manufacturer was the one suppose to send me the parts...Imagine that mike ordered directly with the manufacturer to expedite the delivery....Btw, i am in Singapore and i always receive my package 7-10days ONLY....That's how great mike is.....ohhhh and dont worry i have stopped flooding mike's email :)

OK, got the second delivery tracking code. Thanks Mike. But how come the ESC and the Fastlane product shipping out time have 1 full week different? Are the all ship out by Mike or just ship out by individual supplier?
But really, the order made me worry when I paid full bill but just got part of the item.

We have the same situation, well the problem is the parts are probably out of stock and Mike's supplier has back orders....Now instead of waiting for it to arrive and send it out to you...Mike just simply sent the available parts and let the supplier shipped the rest. Expediting the shipment....Its a bit troublesome but at least mike thinks of ways to send out the parts ASAP....ohhh and if he fail to inform you...he might just have been busy with the tons of email he had...

Going with Mike is a win win situation no matter how you look at it. Bottom line. I have been ordering stuff online for years and have never had such service....EVER!

I'm also a strong supporter of Mike. He's been extremely helpful, even though I've only placed one order with him to date (won't be the last, because of his great service and helpfulness).

I've placed online orders with other vendors who didn't ship ANYTHING if even one item of many was back-ordered, or at least wouldn't without charging considerably more for the multiple shipments. So, getting partial orders out as fast as possible is just one more example of great service, in my opinion....

what i said to my customer now!!!?

my order contain gorilla maxx it was the last one in stock. so after i make the order changed to out off stock because i bought the last one. so if someone buy this gorilla maxx today means you buy my item lol
this problem just with gorilla and what about my other parts!! i have to wait more than month :010:
thats means i have to wait mike more than one week or more to bring this gorilla then send me my parts.. ok what i will said to my customer about this delay??

i am not saying mike Deceiver or accused of theft because I dealt with him in the past and i have reached the parts quickly. and all people said thanks mike he is good man we know that.

and what made me write this reply that i see your replys so different than what im seeing now

this forum is made up for us to exchange our experirnces and knowledge and to contact with mike and it has no mistakes and we r here like brothers to argue and negosheiate friendly

OK, thanks everybody. Just propose if next time the product is out of stock. Please leave a message to a buyer. So the buyer will not think the product is on the way but didn't arrive.

Just bear with it q8. At times I thought Mike is deserting my e-mails and orders, but in fact, if you put yourself in his shoes, you'll realize how irritating it is to deal with 100+ customers at once and sometimes forget about a certain one of them. Just shoot him e-mail or call him and sooner or later you'll find him helping you.

It is because of our selfish egos that we usually think bad about each other.

And no, I'm not reffering to you in the past sentence, but to myself, actually..:)

I for one was guilty like captain but later realized how helpful Mike has been to me. We just sometimes get so blinded not getting we want when we want it that we can only see all the bad things. In time, you should get your package...Hope thing work well for you

Q8 - no accounting mistake on my end - the money for your transaction was removed from my account. I will be thrilled to send the parts, but not without the payment(order was paid, but then the transaction was reversed). I lost a couple $thousand last year in credit card fraud, so I am pretty attentive to my account management in respect to payment. If the money left your account and hasn't come back, I can't help you there - it definately is not in my account at this time. Perhaps the money is "in holding" somewhere? At this point, I also have not "sold" the last G-maxx chassis that you purchased either - all of your stuff is sitting waiting for payment - I have responded to your PMs also and asked you to continue via email) . I don't like the situation any more than you do - I do everything I can to execute order quickly and efficiently, but I am also conscious of payment status(check my accounts several times a day).
Your "snapshot" of the purchase also shows $189.80 as the $ amount - the transaction in question totalled $651.44, which is NOT IN MY ACCOUNT(nor is the $189.80 for that matter - I don't even know what that number is from to be honest with you)!
We should continue this conversation privately via email as I suggested - while I am completely willing to air it all publicly as I have nothing to hide, it really is not/should not be publicly discussed IMO. I have never "shafted" anybody - Never - I am as honest as the day is long(and my days are quite LONG!) and wish nothing more than to complete your order. :)

Also - I make every effort possible to maintain a high inventory of all the parts listed on the site. Sometimes sales outpace stock replenishment, so I have items drop shipped from the manufacturers directly and ship what I have in the meantime. Typically, these orders arrive on or about the same time, but not always. I do try to remember to inform the customer of this(usually with a note included with the items I send directly), but I am surely not 100% in this regard - note taken and I will try to improve in this area. Rest assured, though - you will always get your parts or a credit for the missing parts in due time. There are thousands of RC-Monster customers worldwide to vouch for this. :)

You need to contact your credit card company to figure out what went wrong with the payment, perhaps it's on hold.

Please contact Mike by email over this matter, I think it will work faster and it will keep things clear.

Mike does his best to help every single customer out there; but when he says the money isn't received, it's not received. Perhaps your creditcard company took it as a fraud and cancelled the payment.

Mike has got the stuff laying ready for you, but as long as the money isn't on his account, due to an error of your bank/Creditcard company, you need to contact them.

We will be here to help you, but like I said; it would work quicker if you contact Mike directly. (by PM or by email.)

hopefully Mike can make an arrangement on the payment so can can have your parts delivered. Shoot him an email for it will be faster. Better yet call him. Goodluck ;)...

Yea, most people get a response in about 2 days, or less depending on how busy he is...I get the 1 hour turnaround though :005: I guess its one of the perks of being a mod :D.
