Is mike away
 

Mike seems to be away since I do not receive any answers to my emails.

My problem is I have an order 'shipped' but I do not receive the automatic notification (with tracking number) from USPS and of course I do not receive anything. So I'm now very anxious about this shipment (I'm living in France).

I placed another order on Monday with express UPS delivery (because I will be away in a few days). But this order status is stucked on 'Payment received'.

Mike or anyone else, Help !

Check your email, Chris. :) It takes a day or so at times for me to reply - and you sent more than one email as well. I can receive upwards of 100 emails in a day, so in order to maintain my sanity and try to keep up with orders and new product development, emails are answered in order of importance as well as time(emergency or urgent emails are typically answered every day, while inquiries can take a day or so for me to get the hours needed to answer the questions in detail). :)

I haven't "gone away" for more than a week in over 3 years(and I didn't actually go anywhere when I was "away" - I stayed here and re-organized to make the operation more efficient). Your orders are in good hands, my friend. :)

I can attest to mikes frantic schedule - his work days never seem to end..

Sounds like Mike needs to hire someone to help him out!

Mike has had help for the past couple weeks now - with the packing and shipping - however the emails that get sent to him - get answered personally by him - and getting 20 -50 emails a day takes up a lot of time - and dont forget all the prototyping, and milling, and customer builds, and the like - and there is not a lot of stuff that others can do. I try to help with as much as i can - but my knowledge is limited compared to others on the site.

Let me put all your questions to rest on mike being away - I have actually gotten some pictures of the "infamous monster" working the milling machine - the pics are from the back - and they are kind of fuzzy - but from the view of the superhero cape :005:.- i can assure you that they are from the elusive monster. We were at the monsters lair for a good 5 hours last night - and he was in super speed mode that it was all i could do to get the 2 pics from my camera phone. The pics were taken when the food arrived, and he slowed down to mach 2 for probably his first meal of the day (pizza) at about 9:15 pm. Rumor has it though that the monster will snack on reeses peanut butter cups when available, but that my friends, is just a rumor. However, if you ever think that you are going to meet the infamous monster, my suggestion would be to bring 1 of 3 things as a piece offering. Either reeses peanut butter cups, pizza with meatballs, or milling bits... But that is only a suggestion...

this stuff is funny like nothing else i've ever seen.

If I have enough money, I'd've difinately treated him for a nice pizza meal. He's quite far away from my place..:)

you could always ship reeses peanut butter cups - anything to keep the little blue guy happy ya know...

hmmm...i might have to just drive on over there with some pizza and beer....and maybe wings....and of course you can be there to Hot-N-Cold....watching that is.....lol

LOL. I wonder what Mike would do if he started getting lots of Reese's packages from most of the members? lol.

From my experience with Mike, a 6 pack of Killians will satisfy!!!
