Plugs on the Lehner motors?
How long are the plugs on the back of the Lehner motors? Trying to figure a new layout for the new motor and need to know the length. Thanks
|
Without measuring exact, the wires are about 1.5-2" long, but there are no plugs. And the wires are very stiff like the Wanderer motors (they are just the coil wires brought outside the can).
EDIT: Oops nevermind, thought the thread said "Neu" for some reason. Early morning on a Friday is not the time for me to post apparently. :) |
my wires are a wee bit over an inch long. maybe the hi amp wires are shorter?
|
Well I may find out first hand today, didn't think my motor would show up until monday, but tracking shows it left last big city before here yesterday. Dam, Mike has fast shipping!

andreazinno, where did you order the Lehner motor from?
|
I believe it was hydro marine(germany)
And I did NOT get the high amp version so it should have plugs and not wires sticking out, correct? |

andreazinno,
Thanks for the info. If Mike doesn't get any in soon, I'll drop them an email. I'll probably pay way too much for it, but at this point, I may need one. |

that photo is just from hydro marine's website. i assume it's the smallest and largest lehner they carry.

I guess I have to answer my own question!
The plugs are 5.5mm long I got my 1930/8 in the mail at the office today. Man, I feel sick, I think I need to leave work early! |
Yeah, you don't look so well. I think you need to go home early and "rest". :)
