Integy racer type 3

I am looking for a new suspension for my tmaxx and I am wondering what the weight difference is between the integy setup and the g3 suspension. I have the g3 on my emaxx and they are pretty light. I am trying to get my tmaxx in the sub 7lb range.

maxxdude1234 07.31.2005 04:10 PM

The G3 suspension is the same weight as stock. The RacerX is 3oz's heavier than stock, and I would imagine the integy type III is the same weight if not heavier than the supermaxx RacerX....
IMO, the G3 is the best one for a sub 7lb truck.

Shadow350Z 07.31.2005 07:52 PM

i might get the integy type 3 suspension since i can't get much stuff from the internet and i can get integy stuff from my LHS
I like to request pics of Maxxes with the "Integy Type-3 Pro Racing Suspension"

coolhandcountry 07.31.2005 07:59 PM

The integy is a little heavier than the racer x from ue. I have not tried mine out yet. I will have to get back to you on that.

Shadow350Z 07.31.2005 08:02 PM

get sum pics of it yeah?

Mike_D 07.31.2005 08:04 PM

Hey cool where did you get the dog bones or cvd's for the gorillamaxx extended chassis, or is yours standard?

coolhandcountry 07.31.2005 08:16 PM

The Pic on the other thread. The are UEs for the center. The rear has the gmaxx extension. The front is extended as well. The same as a gmaxx extension does to rear. I had to buy another 100.5 mm dog bone for front. I don't have the suspension yet there shadow. Mike has shipped them. should be here any day now. Hey mike d. Monster mike has them. Just not on the site.
here is the thread

Mike_D 07.31.2005 08:22 PM

Do you know if the ones mike sells come with drive cups?

coolhandcountry 07.31.2005 08:25 PM

OH mike d. they are titanium dog bones.

RC-Monster Mike 07.31.2005 08:27 PM

I sell the UE titanium center shaft kits, which include the drive cups. I will try to get them listed tonight.

Mike_D 07.31.2005 08:33 PM

Thanks mike and cool.

coolhandcountry 07.31.2005 08:39 PM

I try to do what i can. Did you order that motor yet mike d.

Mike_D 07.31.2005 08:48 PM

No not yet, i'm trying to sell a bunch of stuff first and then i think i'm going with a 7XL and either the g3 or pro3 suspension. I have not decided yet, waiting to see what you think.

coolhandcountry 07.31.2005 08:52 PM

OK! As soon as i get it. I will charge up some batts while putting it on. That away i can go test run as soon as i finish. If i get rear fixed as well. lol

Shadow350Z 07.31.2005 09:05 PM

can't wait for it!
I wanna see so badly

coolhandcountry 07.31.2005 09:27 PM

If you go to the other thread there is a unfinished pic. It has the rpm arm and knuckles. what is on the truck any way.

Shadow350Z 07.31.2005 11:12 PM

RC-Monster Mike 08.01.2005 06:22 AM

Re~Mix 08.02.2005 07:00 PM

Nice, making me jealous of all the emaxx's, hardly could call them that anymore, as probably not a traxxas part on it.

nitrostarter 08.02.2005 09:05 PM

no silver setups in stock so you settled for a blue one huh? I was thinking the same thing.

Looks good tho!!

coolhandcountry 08.02.2005 09:17 PM

I like the blue. I have the blue tranny and gmaxx pads and straps. I didn't settle just got what i wanted. Going to put some blue bulkheads on it next.

nitrostarter 08.02.2005 10:53 PM

Ahh! Onne reason I had for going with the blue if I was to get it was that barely anyone has blue ALU suspension.
