Mike will be able to help you there. In the worst case, when you can't fix it yourself, you can still send it to him. He ships fast. I'm sure he's willing to help you.

Unfortunately I can't help you right now, gotta have a look at one of my warriors this evening.

Your not the first controller with a ripped of jumper, that Mike has fixed!

stampy 08.23.2005 05:02 PM

would mike fix it himself or would he just send it in?

squeeforever 08.23.2005 05:08 PM

chances are he would fix it himself if it can be fixed.

Serum 08.23.2005 05:12 PM

I can't tell how handy you are with soldering.. I thought some small SMD parts are close the that jumper, but i'm not sure about that...

Dafni 08.23.2005 05:16 PM

If you are not sure about doing it yourself, send it to Mike. I think if you did it once, it's a snap. And Mike ships and processes stuff superfast!

stampy 08.23.2005 07:42 PM

how much do you think he would charge me? i dident get the controller from him, i bought it used from swamirc.com do you think he would still fix it for me?

squeeforever 08.23.2005 08:06 PM

yes, he will. he wont charge you a bazillion dollars like some people.

RC-Monster Mike 08.23.2005 10:18 PM

Pretty easy fix, actually. If you want, send it my way and I will get it back together for you. PM me for the shipping details if you lie. It wouldn't hurt to send a picture, either so I know what I am up against.

stampy 08.24.2005 12:13 AM

ok cool ill see if i can get a desent pic with my crapola camera

stampy 08.31.2005 12:13 AM

RC-Monster Mike 08.31.2005 08:24 AM

The LRP controller is for sensored motors only.

stampy 08.31.2005 10:48 PM

hey mike when are you going to have the 9920's back in stock? i think ill just buy one of those and use it for my little truck and for my monster im maken.

RC-Monster Mike 09.01.2005 12:47 AM

I wish I would have them last week! I spoke w/BK today and it looks like a couple more weeks. the mfg of the boards was on holiday for a month, so they have been unable to get the needed parts to produce the controllers. Now, they are working diligently to produce the controllers, so they should come fairly soon. It seems like forever to me, though!

You will want to use a receiver pack on the low cell counts with the warriors(FYI).

Mike
