That's odd. I wonder why they won't service it anymore in the US? That's not sounding too good for Quark's future in the US market. A few years ago, they replaced my broken 125b for free, and turnaround time was fast.

Sigh...this is yet another reason to wait for the MMM.

Wow, if that is true, that is not a good sign from Quark. I thought if a product got discontinued, the manufacturer should be able to offer replacements for at least 5 years.

just to make sure, you called this number, right?:(310)527-0002

I'd call back and say what they think you should do.

Be sure to email Quark a few times I ended up sending 4 email before any response:whip:.I also sent a pic of my Monster pro 125 along with the email since mine burnt to a crisp. And they sent me a new esc form Korea.

Dang... Thats really disappointing to hear. That was what made Quark such an appealing option was the local US service and fast response.

I think johnholms said something about this not to long ago and this is just a unfortunate confirmation we didn't want to hear.

Hmm, I mailed mine to somewhere in cali and they sent me a new one, no calls or emails, just had one show up. Good service, but I guess they changed that?! It can't have been more than 3 weeks ago that I received it, maybe less.
