Brushless MGT?
Seen alot of Brushless Revos/Savages etc. but no MGT's. Has it been done? Would like to see a brushless setup in the new MGT 3.0 (1/10 scale)
|
Quite a few people have had them converted actually. Cart213 made a very nice one:
http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/show...=brushless+mgt I think 10Kman also had a converted mgt. Edit: Here it is: http://www.rc-monster.com/forum/show...&highlight=mgt |
So must people that have done them have made their own custom motor mount?
|
We have a MGT 4.6SE at the shop running a Neu setup on 8S and HV110 .

Any pictures jzemaxx? I can't imagine how an 8s pack would fit...
|
Here it is with a Mamba max and 8XL on 5S. This was the setup before the Neu.

Thanks! Any pictures with batteries mounted or with the Neu set up?

They are stacked on the left side.

I really enjoyed my MGT. It was a tough truck. Only thing I ever broke was a shock tower after landing on the lid after a jump one too many times.
