1/10 buggy on 3s
 

I just bought a Kyosho Laser zx5 and I'm thinking of running 3s. Here's the thing, I have a couple 3s 4000mah lipos but they are only 10c rated. If I'm correct, that means I can draw 40 amps. My question is, will the little buggy draw more than that on 3s? and second, what's an appropriate motor to use with a MM? I would otherwise probably run a 5700 MM motor on 2s.

If you had the space, you could always run those 3s lipos in parallel. An S can feigao would probably be good (how heavy/light is the laser?), something around 3500 kv maybe- use BrianG's calculator: http://www.scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/_top_speed.html
