Is it just me, or is there something wrong with the contents? I can open the zip file (with WinRAR) but get errors when opening/extracting...

Enjoyable read. Nice.

that high voltage controler should be what some have been wanting, dont know about brakes, but 90v and 250 amps seems like enough for a few of the crazies around here

Hmm wonder is the wireless technology can be employed on the input stage as well as the output stage? That way the battery would not be required, just beam it to the esc directly from a wall socket. We could also leave the esc in a box on the bench and then just beam power to the motor. All good ideas, everybody get to work.

But it sounds as though you would need some sort of directional auto tracking antenna to keep the beam concentrated at the car. It would also be very good for getting rid of small pests. I wonder if lead pants and a tin foil hat will be included.

Not sure about the pants, but Finnster has the hat design covered! Lack of lead pants may help the overpopulation problems we have...

wow, "24 grams would have won him the nats" that wireless tech is cool but the airwaves are crowded enough, ohh......technology will kill us all, good thing there is r/c to distract us

Seriously, look at the date on the bottom of the release

edit: OK so I just read through peoples responses and realised everyone had already figured it out lol

Castle has developed a new wireless technology to connect the motor with the controller. “This system operates in the 2.4 jigahertz range,” says Chief Engineer Patrick del Castillo, “

LMAO! 2.4 jigahertz range
