5S = MT, Truggy?

I notice that most people that use 5S use them in MT's or Truggys and 3S & 4S are mainly used in buggies. Is 5S overkill for a buggy?

I'm running 8S and 10S in my buggy...lol. Can't see why not to run it....hehe.

Cost is the biggest factor. Why buy more expensive 6S goodies if a 4S setup will do well for a buggy? That said, if you can swing the higher cost of a 6S setup for a buggy do it. Then you'll not be pushing so hard to make it insane, and if you step up to a truggy or MT later you've already got the gear.

I'm going 6S,MMM, 10XL (or the CC/Neu motor if it isn't a year out :( for my hyper7 buggy...
