Major glitching.....CCBEC??

I just got rid of my receiver pack and added a CC Bec.Instead of re-doing the battery lead from the ESC to the batteries,I simply tapped into the sides of the leads. This is the ONLY thing different with this car.I barely get 50 feet and it glitches violantly. Is it because of the way I put this together being that nothing else has changed? Thanks

Hello,
Did you try moving it to different area on chassis.
Also keep it far away from the receiver.
hope this helps.

If you are using two packs maybe it is hooked up incorrectly, such as stated in this pic pulled from Castles website...

That's only if running more than 6s total voltage. If 6s or under, hooking across both packs is fine (and recommended to prevent over-discharge on one pack).

rcjmaxx, you said you were using a Rx pack. Did you have the red wire removed in the throttle cable (to disable the ESC BEC)? Also, what exactly is glitching? The steering, the throttle? Like others have said, try moving the UBEC away from the antenna wire. Depending on the radio being used (AM/FM/Digital), the small amount of noise emitted from the BEC could cause issues.

The receiver is in the front of the chassis and the CCBEC is in the rear near the MM exactly where the Rx pack was prior the the BEC install.
Yes the red wire has been pulled(disabled).
Over the weekend I replaced the receiver with another I had laying around. But the results were the same, throttle glitching beyond 50 ft.My system is a Futaba 3PH NOT the newer 2.4.
Late last night I again replaced the receiver with the one from a car that I drive on a regular basis just make sure and completely rule out the receiver angle.I'll be test that this week.
