Question for Patrick

Patrick,

I noticed that the SHV controllers looks like the HV ones. You have mentioned that the current Phoenix-HV does not have similar hardware to the Mamba line. Are they both the same platform with different components to make it handle 20S lipos or is the SHV different? If so will the SHV's hardware allow you to have the Mamba software installed?

Only the new ICE boards will allow software from a mamba from what I understand.

Yes, but my question on the other thread went unsanswered about the SHV. All I'm asking for is something simple that will allow the user to use a pistol radio without the pistix and have just a simple car braking. A Mamba software is not needed.
