cooling fans for mm?
 

anyone know where to get em, or what ratings i should look for, also just tie it in to the ubec?

I use a 12 volt 25mm x 25mm x 10mm fan hooked up to the battery wires right at the circuit board, keeps the wires short. You can find them on ebay pretty cheap, I got 3 for $5, I still have 2 spares.

so even with the pack volts at 16.8 there ok?

yep, most have a pretty good voltage range (16-18 max). you may run a little over speed and shorten the lifespan, no biggy for a cheap fan.
