paypal removing an extra $93
I have always used paypal but now I have a problem with them. I ordered a top-end from motosport which ended up setting me back $175. OK, so I charge it to my credit I have built up in paypal. All is good until I get ready to make another order(bump box for my CRT that im getting soon) and the $93 that should have been left on my account was missing. I had $0 NOTHING. OK so im going through all my files and I found this.
Apr. 26, 2008 Pending Balance Payment Placed Details -$174.98 USD May 2, 2008 Pending Balance Payment Placed Details -$92.91 USD May 2, 2008 Pending Balance Payment Removed Details $174.98 USD May 2, 2008 Express Checkout Payment Sent Completed Details -$174.98 USD Theres my $93 mixed into my $175 order through motosport. What should I do about it? Not really sure how to go about fixing this problem. oh and for anyone wondering as soon as I get enough cash that .21(dynomite platinum) in the crt will be replaced with the MMM combo. 1 more thing: anybody got a bump/starter box you wanna sell for a resonable price? |
contact paypal.

I agree, contact paypal. When you clickmon the 'details' button next to the $93, what does it say- should have some info about where that money went...
|
Transfer to:
PayPal Total Amount: -$92.91 USD Date: May 2, 2008 Time: 11:21:36 PDT Status: Placed Subject: PayPal |
Did you happen to have it set up to pay your eBay fees with Paypal perhaps?
|
I did but I only had a $4 fee so far.
|
Damn, hope you work it out.
I read someone a couple of weeks ago that apparantly by the end of the year the only way to buy or sell anything on ebay will be by paypal ONLY! |
You need to contact Paypal directly to find out what is going on and sooner than later. I've read a lot of nightmare stories about PP doing funny stuff with accounts. If its a mistake on their pasrt, I think they'll handle it and get it straightened out - just do it now, don't let it drag on!!
This is the reason I never let money sit in my PP account. There is a lot less PP can do to you if you keep that acct balance at zero. |
