losi 8ight spur pitch?
got my motor and esc mounted up today and found a prob, the stock metal spur does not mesh well with 32p pinions, it works if you kick the motor out a bit, but its noisy running lol, any replacmenbt spurs or anyone know of pinions that will work 5mm bore of course thanks in advance:yes:

hey thanks there skellyo, call me stupid but before i thought mod one was smaller tooth count lol ill be sure to order a couple up, hey whats the spur count you know?
48T is the stock spur size
so 24t pinion sound good for an 8xl on 4s? i wanna do about 40 roughly
About a 15 or 16T would get you where you want to be. I'd go with the 15T if it were my vehicle.

yea i just did that, i put in 16.8 volts it gave me 61 mph lol dont think the 8xl/mm could handle that lol
4S is nominal 14.8V, it's only 16.8V directly off the charger. Under any moderate load at all, it'll drop down near 14.8V.
yea i will order a mod 1 up, sucks cause he just shipped an oreder to me yesterday!
Best off to order a few around the size you want. Will you be racing with it on a track or bashing with it?
im racing at the track drift, gonna smoke the 1/8 nitros!
