I am planning on running 4s .... but I am still tring to decide between 4s and 6s

And just plug in all the values. Then test a couple different spur/pinion combo's to achieve the speed you want.

ok what should i use for tire dia ?

you want the tire OD, you can go onto the various RC store sites, but the stock Revo Talon tires are 6"

im using 26/58 now, thinking of going 28/58

I'm using a 20/52 on mine!, works awesome..
