RaceBomb Length?

BPP's site says that the Torpedo and RaceBomb are extended, but it doesn't say how much. Does anyone know the length?

lincpimp 05.22.2008 08:22 PM

Must be about 35mm, or 1.5inches. I have both, just not here to measure. I think that they are longer than the new emaxx.

2" longer

Fast5sRevo88 05.23.2008 01:22 PM

What body would work with this length?

Bomb-Proof 05.26.2008 07:15 PM

any of the ext ones, any that fit the revo 3.3 really.

This is a BPP Torpedo Chassis, correct? Does anyone have a link to the site info? So this chassis should be 2" longer than a stock 3906 E-Maxx, correct? Thanks for any help, I am not too familiar with them.

Not suprized you arent familiar really, they are proper old-school chassis. But, still the nicest stuff ever made really for the emaxx- only GorillaMaxx and UE lightning chassis even come close...

EDIT: I type too slow...

Thanks for the help guys.

I just never researched the Bombproof stuff much Neil. I had been seriously considering a G-Maxx chassis for an E-Revo project. But went Crawler instead. The Lightning chassis is out of my logical price range.

Then I stumbled upon the truck in the pic's. I picked it up as a roller.

Fortune favours the prepaired mind...

Man, that filmed sucked, the original was much better.

Nice chassis, I have the racebomb and the torpedo chassis. Neither are assembled, but will be soonish...
