The duo is two chargers in one, each charger is 180W and capable of up to 6 lithium cells (lipo, li-ion or a123) or 16 nickel cells. You can run the charger in 'sync' mode which combines the two, so you can charge 12s lithium (any chemisty) or 32 nixx cells at 360W.
