Gearing Suggestions
 

Any gearing suggestions for my G3R...

I have single speeded my Emaxx transmission in second... I have ATM the robinson racing slipper with options of using either:

54T mod 1 - Metal
66T 32p - Plastic

I've either a 9XL (1850kv) or a Neu 1515 2.5D/F (1650kv) on 4S lipo ATM bu eventually (i,e, when issues fixed) will get a MMM but will probably only use 6S2p A123...

I was running 24/66 but my pinion shattered - I had a 22/66 or can run 16/54 - I tried 18/54 but hitting the end of the emaxx motor mount and can't get a good mesh.

Is this usual - do I just stick to Mod 1 and dremel the plate a bit?
