How heavy is the Revo 2 Speed Box?
 

Does anyone know approx how heavy is the 2 speed transmission in the revo 3.3?

I know its got quite a few more gears than the 3905 emaxx tranny. My Revo has the revo tranny converted to 2nd gear single speed and that put it at about the same weight as the emaxx tranny but just it's still a bigger box. The pic is the emaxx tranny (with reverse gears, the Revo tranny is probably a couple more ounces).

Did you remove first gear and the OWB when you locked it? That lightens it up a bit.
