Cheap Maxamps 10Ah cells
I noticed the Maxamps 10C 10,000 mAh cells are only $35 a pop. I could build a nice high capacity 4s 29oz. pack for only 140 bucks. This would be great as long as the cells could deliver 85+ amps continuous. Does anyone have experience with this?

They're rated at 10C, which would be 100A. That's probably a low rating. Plus, if you would be using them at ~15% below their rating I think you'll be fine.

I have them in my buggy. I am running the novak HV4.5 system. They work great for me, but honestly I don't know what kind of current they can hold sense I do not have a data logger.

I have some of these packs here and would be happy to sell them off for a smoking deal - never bothered to list them on the site(they are pretty large packs), but if someone is interested in these, I would be ok to lose money on them to free up space. :)

I think the 10c rating is pretty fair. I had a few packs and ran them a bit. If Mike will give a good deal on them, I see no reason not to buy them...
