best method to mix diff oil?
 

i couldnt find any 75k oil so i bought 100k and 50k. is the best way to squeeze both bottles into the diff at the same time the best way, or should i squeeze both oil into cup and mix cup then pour the oil into diff? anyone got better methods or is it a no no to mix the oil.

Well, if you pour it into a bottle before pouring it into the diff, you will need to properly mix the bottle by stirring or a lot of shaking.

Otherwise, if you just pour about half and half straight into the diff, you wont need to mix it as the diff will mix it itself after a few seconds of running.

Bp got it. just throw em in ther then drive some circles and they will be mixed in no time

but if i mixed them two into the diff at same time, i was thinking maybe the the thicker oil will stay on top and wouldnt mix on its own, so thats why i wanted to know if i should mix it by myself in a bottle....so im wrong...just double checkin.

The way i do it is as follows . Take a empty oil bottle & mix them in there then pour it into your diff cup . Put the heavier oil in to the empty bottlr first . then put the thinner oil in. Then turn the bottle side to side to mix. I would'nt sake it because you will put a lot of air bubbles in the mix. But if you do shake it all you have to do is wait till the bubbled rise to the surface & escape.

Use this calculator and then mix it well by stirring the mixture. You can put the oils one at a time. If you have a plastic syringe, use it to get the correct amount. I work in the hospital so I have a lot of them .

After you get the correct consistency/viscosity, just pour them or use the syringe to put the oil into the diff cup.

I use a syringe too (no hospital work for me tho ;) ) I usually make quite a bit and put into another bottle if I think I'm going to use more of it. The bottles ofna sells are huge.

Just dump the stuff in the diffs until you think its close, just try and make sure its a bit thicker in the front diff. You cant tell if its off by 10,000 weight in those slopppy emaxx diffs anyway. Just make sure not to WOT it right off until the stuff gets mixed up lol
