mamba max wont calibrate
 

everything works fine except my mamba doesn't beep when i turn it on, there is only three lights, no flashing it just sitting there, the motor doesn't do anything. i have a slash and my setup is 6c ep's futaba 2ph and stock servo. i already sent it to castle about a few months but havent ran it at all. what's wrong?:neutral:

What did you send to Traxxas?

Check your connections, make sure it's plugged into the reciever properly.

yah flip the connector from the esc to Rx around.

everything is fine, even the stock system won't work (plus i soldered deans on it).im thinking the battery might be the problem

check your xtals firstly
your battery should be fine as the esc is getting power its just not calibrated
bec maybe?
any dead cells on the battery? as mm only works 6 to 12 one deadcell your out the game
check your voltage may give an indication
have you got another receiver to try or xtals
(last resort) try a rx pack if you have one just make sure you remove the red wire from the esc input plug the one that goes into reciever
are running brushless or brushed as you dont state it
if you are using a brushless this may sound dumb but touch the male connecters from motor with the others on the motor
then try it
sorry but make sure you are calibrating it right
i thought i new it all and rushed to calibrate and i had the same problem as you but all i did was rubbed all 3 motor wires together and checked all connectors (thats unplugging them then plugging them all back in) then calibrated it

well when i plug it in only the fan and servo work, i tried rubbing the motor wires together but nada, im running brushless on a 1/10 slash, there is just one thing, it won't let me calibrate it!

hmm did you try to flip the connector, thats what was wrong with mine, it would sit there and blink at me and i couldn't figure out why

no blinking, only three LEDs staring and making me mad! im sorry i sound so mad its just ive never ran a car for 7 months (im addicted :lol:)

just flip it, :lol: if it doesnt work-it doesnt work.
