08 SRT Challenger
I was looking online and saw this Challenger... I figure if I sell a few RCs on the forum I should be able to buy one with cash......

Just a few :na:
I like them, but I'm more of a fan of European cars, and for that price I'd much rather get.. well, there's a selection of different cars. Plus Chrysler is doing extremely poorly these days. I'd be surprised if they stayed around in the next 5 years. |
Wow. I wish OFNA would make a body for the Ultra GTP.

With the ever increasing gas prices, I can see automakers shifting to the smaller car segment more and more. These higher-end and/or performance oriented vehicles will become luxury items and produced far less. But that car sure is nice! I bet it passes everything except the gas station!
|
The big boys are already shifting to smaller cars. Ford is shutting down production on 2-3 SUV/Truck plants and retooling for smaller vehicles. From what I read they are bringing some of their euro models here. (remember euro's have been paying high prices for gas for a long time and tend toward smaller more efficient vehicles).
GM has also stated publicly they are shifting to the smaller car market. Cadillac is also moving away from V8's for higher performance V6's with better efficiency. Toyota is already there along with Honda. |

AND they SORRY AZZ SOB's at GM also took their retired employs benifits from them to keep from going bankrupt and to restructure. IMO thats pretty damn sorry to just screw over thousands of your retired longterm workers most of which had 25+ years with gm to get the retired benifits that GM jsut up and took.
i say screw gm let em go down the hole. |
But if GM goes completely down the hole, so will everyone's retirement. Remember Enron!?
|
yea good point its kinda like the whole Target bankruptcy and all the employs required to have atleast half of their retirement in target stocks they lost atleast half if not all as most i understand never moved their retirement. My aunt lost most of hers and she had been working for target for 15 years, when they heard target was going under they got what they could out of target stock but it wasnt worth anyhting at all so she actually lost over 80%.
now target is back out of bankrupt and doing fine..... |
