1/8 Onroad?
 

Hey, I've got a few spares I'd like to put to good use. I was thinking about using them in a 1/8 onroad like a GTP or similar. I've only owned 1 or 2 onroads, and would like to get more into them. Power system would be a Hacker C50-Maxx, MM, and 5s. (I decided to use an outrunner in the buggy, because I can't gear it low enough, and now I don't have to buy a 4s pack. :yes: I know next to nothing about onroads, so if you could provide some suggestions, all help is appreciated.

Hey,I have an Ultra GTP with a Neu 1512 2.5d on 5s and it is a blast. It's a pretty tough car,only had to replace rear axles so far. I upgraded to cvds seems like a stronger/smoother setup.
Also you might want to consider foam tires as the rubber ones don't hold up to brushless if you stay on it alot.

What's the spur's tooth count on the 1-speed kit?
