thats so funny that i saw that link. me and my fren were just talking about drifters just like 2 hours ago. he was thinking of getting one, now maybe i will just get this and muuuch cooler. wow, im very suprised that it can jump off a ramp of that size or even a ramp at all! and very cool that it can even go through pebbles and small rocks....dirt?
yea brushelss on that would be insane!
wait. i just went on their site, and it is brushless! and it requires 3 s lipo haha
$250

lol, that would be sweet, watch a class of them go around a track

There was a thread on it the other day, and a website- there is a BL option for higher speeds and more power.

blueb8llz 08.17.2008 08:39 PM

yea the website is axonracing.com very cool indeed

I was under the impression that one of the fans is already brushless. And, like Neil said, there's an option for a "high speed brushless" upgrade. Something like 50mph.

I'd still rather have a brushless Kyosho Blizzard after learning this hovercraft has a styrofoam skirt, and thus probably will suck on water.

Here is the thread SUI was talking about .

i wonder how good the brakes work

TruckBasher 08.18.2008 01:41 AM

I assume breaking is similar to other hovercraft which is difficult to control.....

I missed that brushless part

This should clear up some questions...
