Custom LVC not working on v2 MMM....auto lipo works fine tho

Got my MMM today, and tried setting the LVC to custom and the controller will not run. I changed it to auto, it counts 5 (I have a fully charged 5S, shows 21.x V) and runs fine.

I've set the custom LVC to as low as 12V and still nothing. The leds appear very weak, the fan comes on on thr pulls, but there is nothing to the motor. I don't get it. Works fine in my SW and MM. Firmware issue? Anyone else see this?

No, that's not really it. Even if the lvc is set to 12V, a 21V battery will not spin the tires even off the ground.

I dont understand, if you run 5S and set LVC to 12V, of course it won't run, am I missing something? doesn't LVC needed to be at least 16V for 5s, cut off at 3.2V each.

No, if the lvc is set lower than 3v per cell then it will damage the lipo. The only time you should have issues with the lvc is when you set it higher than the pack voltage. So a 5s fully charged pack is 21v, if you set the lvc to 22v it would have issues. 15v is the minimum setting for 5s lipo.

I suspect you may have firmware issues. Have you tried downloading 1.17 firmware into the controller? and then going back to 1.19 after that?

Oh yeah you're right, I never thought about that, I've always set LVC to 3.2 just to be on the safe side

That I haven't done. I'm guessing its not another LVC bug then. I'l try it out today and see what happens. I got flash my MM too as the brakes on it arent working right. lol..line em up.
