mgm 120.32 active cooled?

I'm gathering goodies right now for my brushless baja I'm going to run on 8s and noticed that mike has the mgm esc I need (120.32) in stock and I'm wondering if I should grab it now or wait and have him try and order one with active cooling (fans). If that model even comes in a fan cooled version. Does anyone know?

It wouldn't be that hard to put fans on yourself, even if its needed. The MGMs are solid. Why not run 10S?

I can run 8-9 or 10s cause Ive got the packs right here to do it. I remember mike mentioning 9s to lower amp draw which I'm sure would make the esc run cooler. And your right if I ever needed active cooling I could add it myself. Thanks.

Fans are always nice to have on an ESC, the cooler they run the longer they last. It should run fine without the fans but on my next MGM I'm getting the fans just to keep it cooler.

Get videos up of this Baja when you get time. I am a Baja guy and would be curious to see the E version you are building.

MGM compro can supply their esc's with several cooling options. 1 or 2 heatsinks, extra fans (1 or 2) in combination also with heatsinks, watercooling and a 'cubicstyle' version. With a good setup normally the heatsinks will be enough. A pdf-file with information on cooling can be found at the site of MGM-compro: http://mgm-compro.com/pdf/controller...s-h.pdfhttp://
