Muggy With Mmm And 9xl Probs....
 

Ok....i'm about to throw my muggy out of my window:whip: ....i finished it this morning and i can't seem to get rid of the low speed/startup cogging...my setup is MMM/9xl/5s 4800 elite lipo/ and geared 14/46 (or whatever the stock spur is:yes:) the muggy weighs in at around 11 lbs......what settings do the guys with e-muggy's or heavy mt's running the MMM recommend.....i've checked all of the connectors an none are loose....any suggestions will be welcome or.... :yes:

You need to go down to an 11 or 12t pinion. Way too high geared for a 9xl in that big truck...

No prob, muggies like small pinions... They really need more reduction than the 11/45 diff gears can offer...

I run 12/48 or 13/48 on my Muggy (with a Neu). Also, you can turn up the start power, which may help.
