Side Project- Bls4 Evo

The Victim: Hpi Nitro Rs4 3 Evo+
Engine: Nitro Star G3.0 3.0cc
Drivetrain: 2-speed, 4wd
This car is a friend of mine's... he got tired of my Outrunner'd raze and now my warhead outrunning his car... He wants to see how fast it can go-on BL
( i think i tainted him ) So the plan is to run my MMM (when it gets back from CC), 5s zippy lipo and my 8xl for the time being unless he wants to buy a motor... he thinks neus are pretty-who doesnt. the car is just over 10 inches in wheelbase so it might be a handful to drive- does anyone think it might need a gyro?

radio will be my m8 fm, gearing is TBD i dont know if i should keep the 2 speed or not the Center trans has a 47 and 43 tooth spur gears.
Here she is:

How much did you pay?

That should be real fast with that set up! Don't know if you would need a two speed or if it would even hold up. I have an old electric rs4, they drive real nice, only problem is finding a smooth enough parking lot to go 60+mph.

If you can stick a single speed in, go for it. An 8xl on 5s will have plenty of power...

Try to pull a wheelie. Jeff (jhautz) almost got there...
