BEC question
 

I am running a Novak HV system, and when I first started using it I was using a single 3s battery and had issues with it cutting out on me. I re-read the directions and found that the single 3s was my problem. So now I run 2-2s packs but my servo seems slow and I still get occasional cutting out(no steering no throttle). Did I damage the internal bec?
