Only Reason Why I Like UPS

So I came home today, and guess what?

Woohoo, a package delivered by a large brown truck, ordered the day before!

Can you guess what that means?

Getting warmer...

Bulk! 2 sheets of polycarbonate (basically Lexan), 1/8" think and 1/4" thick. And two packages of screws, 100 each of 3mm button head and 3mm countersunk screws . BTW, that order cost me $53 including shipping.

Soooo.... Are you going to keep us all in suspense? What are you going to do with the lexan and screws?

BTW: That is nice that McMaster can deliver next day like that.

This order was mainly just restocking me with supplies, but for now the 1/4" polycarbonate will be used to make the main chassis on my Corr truck, the 1/8" will go towards TruckBasher's E-Revo project I'm working on, and the screws just come in handy :yipi:.

+1. I've lost so many from my truck on each run, its a wonder it stays in one piece (blue thread loc doesnt help). I need a screw, nay, I need lots of screws... (if only you could buy the kind I'd like on ebay)

Did you buy the 12.9 M3 screws or the 10.9?

MetalMan 09.11.2008 09:08 PM

They weren't available in 12.9, so I had to opt for the 10.9.
