Traxxas servo can't plug into DX3r
There's a little lip on the plug for my Traxxas servo plug. I'm trying to plug it into my new DX3r. I'd prefer not to take off the case and expose the electronics any more than necessary. What are my options? What are the plugs Traxxas uses called? Spektrum?
I'm sure this is a silly question but I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks! |
Make sure it's lined up correctly. They have the lip so it can only go one way.
Have you tried inserting it the other way? Welcome to the forum :party::party::rules: |
Just use an exacto knife to cut the tab off. The terminals are labeled on the DX3r so you wont have to guess which way to plug it in.

Another quick question-- my brand new JR servo is making a noise very similar to this guy's in his video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0paqQ8r5ygo
Is that normal!? |
Without even watching the video, is it a DIGITAL servo? They do make a sort of chirping sound almost constantly.

OK I watched the video. No problem there, all digital servos do that.
