need help from lipo pro
 

i ran my new 5s 4800mah Zippy-r batt packs today for the first time...(2 packs wired in parallel).....my(brand new)Bantam bc-5 charger will not recognize 5s for charging....it only recognizes 4s and keeps saying CONNECTION BREAK!....I have it set for 5s charge and I do have the bantam align balance tap!...i have checked each cells and they all have 3-3.2 volts each...SUP!
