tranny explosion!!!!!

Ok so it didn' actually explode, but it is toast. I have a first gen e-maxx that with a flm extended chassis. Can I make the new 2nd gen e maxx transmission work? What is my best bet for pgrading my transmission...
Help please..

I used the GorillaMax single speed conversion, with a steel idler gear, and an allen wrench for a roll pin. It has been fine for me.

mkrusedc has the best advise. FLM made an adapter to put the new emaxx tranny on the old chassis. but I do not think that they make it any more. The gmaxx single speed it a good setup, can't really go wrong with that!
