anyone know what happened to the plastic Neu End Cap Motor Cover? or where else to get one?

You can email him about it. But the reason he stopped making them for now was because every single Neu motor has a random layout of where the screws go to hold the motor endbell on. So its practically impossible to make one as it is almost certain it won't fit your specific screw layout on your Neu motor.
