Hats of to Horizon
 

I was getting lots of glitching with one of my SR3000's. I was somewhat heavy fisted removing it from the car and snapped the attenna.

Bummer I thought - Screwed that up good and proper. Anyway flipped an email to Horizon and they said for me to ship it back for them to have a look at.

Anyway two weeks later I get my RX back FEDEX shipped with a note saying antenna replaced and all tested - No charge!

Nice one!

Horizon are a great company. They have replaced a few defective components for me and my friends, always with no questions asked!

Nice....I have removed components from many vehicles w/a heavy hand as well. Unfortunately, my temper got the best of me so...no warrante for me.
