Anyone have any experience with these batteries? I know a couple of people that use them and have really positive things to say about them. The one thing that bothers me is that no one i know that uses them balances them. And the reason they don't is because supposedly Team Orion says that you don't have to. Only if you are looking to get the most out of your packs. Well i went to there website and sure enough it does state that you don't have to. WTF? Are these batteries really just that good?

I run a 3200 pack in my tamiya m03 vehicles, as it is about the only pack I can find that fits. It seems to be a good pack, not quite enough for the novak 3.5r motor geared for 55mph... I never charge a pack without balancing it, especially packs that are run down to the lvc and are run hard. I have a pair of the hard case 3800 packs that I will most likely run with a 9xl in my tower terror conversion. Need to finish that poor truck...

I've run some 3200's in my Sidewinder 4600 powered Slashes. They're not even close to the same league as my Trakpower 4900's. Granted, the 3200's were a bit more used than my 4900's, but they just weren't even anywhere close when it came to acceleration power. I expected them to be much closer in performance given the 4600 is a somewhat mild setup. I ended up selling them off and buying more Trakpowers.
