How should I clean my REVO?

I try not to avoid mud and water but somehow this thing is almost always covered in mud or dirt. It gets inside the truck because theres no front windshield.

So anyways whats the simplest method. My first and only cleaning I just sprayed it with the kitchen sink hose thingie..... Probably not the best for the electronic... Is there an easy way that doesnt envolve removing parts.

compressed air won't be enough. I was thinking WD40 all over, a brush and compressed air might do the job.

electrical contact cleaner works alright. it wont get it spotless. the way i clean it is take it all the way down and clean every little piece.

You can find anything that is broke like that to. I try to stay away from water. It is hard to do sometimes. so compressed air works great on mine. take it out and 150 psi of compressed air and woosh it is clean.

No, there isn't. Get used to take it apart.

Compressed air is not always a good idea. Daddy used to tell me it can blow dirt into bearings. One of those advises which just stick to my mind.

I let the mud dry then use a brush attachment on the vacuum cleaner and a brushes to remove the rough.

I use a set of Finish Line cleaning brushes for mountain bikes which are invaluble for getting into nooks and cranies.I use then for scrubbing transmission parts in the sink too.Tooth brushes are good for that too.

I use a 5 piece paintbrush set i found in a dollar bin at my local grocery store

I use a dental mouth shower, it produces much power... (with demineralized water) and some air to blow it dry, also 8-10 bar.. I also used WD40, it works okay too..

I also use a Dental mouth shower, but I always take out all the electronics first, if I'm too lazy to do that, I just use some WD40 and a brush.

Spray the car or truck down with Simple Green, Let it soak a little and then blast it off with an air hose. Works GREAT!!!

When your done it will look like new, tires will be nice and shinny too :)

I ususaly scrape the big globs and chunks off with a screwdriver first. With the nozzle on the simple green bottle, you can avoid the electronics.

I just normally use a paintbrush on my rc, gets most of the dirt ect off quite easyerly .......................

I'm a fan of the compressed air technique, followed by maybe some WD40 on the tough junk. I'm not really known for keeping my stuff clean, so I just use compressed air because it's the easiest.
