RCM SH Z-car & LRP S8-BX Motor Mount

Just thought I would post a few pics of the mount Mike made for my LRP S8-BX. His mount is very nice, looks awesome. It is going to take me a while to finish this off though. I have been distracted by other shiny things.

Is that the RTR version? Mike's mount turned out great.

Please say you will use the rear brake!

Yeah at the moment I have no mount for the brake servo but I will see if I can get some aluminium rod with a 2mm hole down the centre. Thread it and put 4 holes in the chassis and I will have a brake servo mount. I just have to find some.

Forgot to mention it was the RTR version. The RTR comes with a good little motor which I sold along with the radio gear which made the buggy a very cheap roller.

Guess what? I finally finished this buggy. Now running 6s 3000mah packs with tekin 1400kv. Reason I went 6s is because I already had the packs for my Trex 500. This is my first buggy and I had only driven it once before pulling it down to convert it over a year ago. Took it for a little spin on the road this morning and I love it. Can't wait to get it to the track, I hope there is a race this weekend. Sadly no pictures yet. Probably tonight.

You will love it on the track for sure :intello: I was just at a local track on Sunday with mine and it is by far my favorite track vehicle.

Yeah sadly there isn't a race this weekend but I'll definitely be heading to the track just for some practice.
