fan issues with MMM

Ive been using a v2 MMM for a few months now without any issues until recently when the fan has started to act up. I noticed it while taking the temperature of my esc (it was 165 and the fan wasn't on), so i blew on the fan to see if anything had gotten stuck inside and it started working. well basically now the only way to get the fan to start working is to blow on it....I dont want to have to open up the lid and blow on it to get the thing working, so what are my options? will castle send a replacement fan or should i buy one myself, I also heard that castle is sending v3 cases to those still using the v2, is this true?

Thanks!
