are my nimh batts toast?!?!?
well guys and gals i got some maxamps batteries last march and they were awsome, tons of power 20 min runtimes and lots of fun. well my e-maxx broke after about 20 runs on the batts and i remember charging them up and putting em away. well i finally got my ultimate 400oz torque servo and i charged up the batts and away i went. well i got about 2 mins of all out running thenthey totally dumped. the truck wouldnt even move. so im like okay W/E i got my other set charging so i got it all hooked back up with the most recent charged set and away i went, and again about 2 mins of all out runnn then a total dump that wouldnt even let the truck move. are my batts toast?? or are they still sleeping and i need to charge em a few times to wake em back up or something? -Wes

Try cycling them several times.

how long did they sit for?
|
^ See above. NiMH really HATE sitting around for vey long. Once they completely self-discharge they're done.
|
they sat for about 2 months maybe that if not less. when i plugged them both in they were at 16V so they didnt discharge a whole lot. -Wes
