I need help/info on xt8 conversion
 

It’s my first conversion and would love some advice.
I want it for bashing and I would like to run A123 cells.
So I want 40-50 mph any suggestions on esc/motor?
I would also welcome good suggestions on a servo?
I know I need motor mount and battery trays.
Any other helpful knowledge about this conversion would be greatly appreciated

mike's motor mount works great for this - and if you're using a123's, you'll have to give him dimensions for a custom battery tray size. for a servo, you can't go wrong with a hitec 5955tg (or similar).
