What pitch do I have???

Hi Guys,

I bought a Duratrax Vendetta, and I received a Align 430L brushless motor with it, but the problem is that the shaft from the motor is 3.16mm and the standard pinion from the Vendetta is like 2mm or something. So I searched for a 3.2mm pinion, and I saw one on this site, and the pitch of it is 32. But I don't know what pitch the standard pinion has, and I can't find something on the site.

So how can I measure the pitch of my pinion?

Thanks!

Have you got another RC you can compare it to?

You could simple put the pinion in the lathe and make it 3.2.

You need 1/8" bore 48P metric pinions for that motor in the Vendetta. Here's a large selection:

They'll work great. I used one in my Mini Quake with a motor that had a 1/8" (3.2mm) shaft.
