27T mod 1 pinion
 

I am needing a 27T mod 1 pinion. I wasn't able to find one in the RC Monster store.

If you can live with a 26T pinion, Mike has them.

If you MUST have a 27T the only place I know of to get them is here.

Can you decrease the spur size to help compensate?

Probably not. I haven't seen any LST2 2nd. gear spurs that were smaller than 63T.

I suppose that I could just get a 27T pinion to go on the Losi 2 speed bell FD pinion adapter.

Does Mike still sell the 2 speed pinion adapter? I didn't see that listed either.

There's smaller spurs available: 59t tini
Stock: 25/63=2.52
59t TiNi: 25/59=2.36
27t pinion 27/63=2.33
So ratio is close and they're tough too.

Thanks for finding the s speed adapter for me.

Does anyone know what size the grub screw is? Has anyone had problems with is slipping past the flat on the motor shaft?
