4908 aluminum diff cup

I ordered the FLM13010 for my 4908 diffs not thinking about them not being sealed, as soon as i got them I realized they wouldn't work. I am hoping FLM51000 for the new 3905 will work for the 4908 since the both use the Revo diffs. The only thing I don't know is if the insides are the same even though the 3905 use the I-bar. It also says the 3905 diff cup will work with the Revo and since the Revo is almost exact to the 4908 I think it would work, has anyone ever tried?

Hopefully somebody here knows the answer to your question. However, most folks on here are using the 1/8 scale buggy or truggy differentials in their brushless applications.

If you want to go that route, you could buy the following items:
http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...LM18700&cat=31

http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...GY_DIFF&cat=40 (need two of these)

http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...mrevov2coupler (I think you also need two of these if you are running stock center shafts)

I know it isn't the answer you want and it is expensive...but you'll never have diff problems again if you go this route.

Just got a e-mail from Mike, he confirmed the 3905 cup will work with the 4908.
