Well cooked my Neu the blue wire fried, dont know why. took the can apart and was singed all the way through. Anyone else with that? Actually the Tekno Neu

Were the wires shorted to the can? Were the motor screws too long? A picture would help...

1st one I've heard of.

2nd one I heard of. There is another guy on traxxas who posted the same and I think he posted it here too. He said that Neu told him to send it in for repairs.

ive done the same .. cooked 1 phase .. sent it back about 2 weeks ago , no word as yet.

you will have to return it .. whether its warranty or not . i dunno .. im hoping so cause $130usd repair cost is plain stupid !! plus $30 usd return post

might as well buy a medusa or a castle clone

Contacted tekno rc bought it from them. They said send it directly to Neutronics. They said they had one happen a week ago and said Neu replaced the motor. Well I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope they at least repair it. It was only a few months old not ran too hard either on 4s. The castle neu has a year warranty by the way........
