MMM v2
If I have a MMM v2 that is still working.. I was wondering if it would be better to send it in sooner than later since the year of warranty is going to be coming up in the next couple of months.. or will castle still warranty these even though it would be over a year since it is a v2?

Good question... I have a V1 that I was wondering about the same thing.
|
I'd send it in. It's worth it to get the new case that doesn't kill ya fan blades.
|
I don't think you have to worry about it. Our repair people have been trained that V1 and V2 monsters will be replaced on demand. No time limit.

Thanks for the confirmation.. :)

thanks guys for bringing this up and thanks pdelcast for the reply...I've been kinda worried about this too ,as i have a new v2 i bought several months ago and i havent even got to run yet cause it took so long to finish my build and then i broke my foot,so hopefully i will get to run this soon to see if my V2 will even work

I just sent 2 MMMs in for upgrade. I figured that I had waited long enough so that production demands were a bit lower.

Good confirmation. My second V2 is running well but because of my experience of the first V2 who died within 2 minutes for the first run, I was somehow worrying about to loss it. Now Patrick relaxes me very much. Thanks.

Initally I enquired to get replacement fan and case for my V1. Castle told me to send it in for a V3. So I did :-). I hope I get it back soon. Australia is a long way
