Like it says, I'm about to drop some ching on a charger(finally, my 977 and blinky aren't cutting it) so, anyone ready to upgrade and sell their 610? If not I'm going to flea-bay, found them for $150 shipped. Thanks guys.

a 610i can do a 6s at 10amps. I don't think thje 989 is capable of that wattage, it certainly isn't with the included power supply. I want to charge 2 5000mah 6s packs in parallel.

The 989 can do 8s at 10a.

it can charge 8s batteries, and it can charge some batteries at 10 amps, but I don't think it can charge 8s at 10 amps. That's over 300 watts, and over twice the capacity of the included power supply. I think you need to double check the owners manual.
